Abstract:
A quadrant division-based dynamic intensity-modulated segmentation method for a double-layer orthogonal grating, specifically comprising the following steps: S1, calculating the ray flux distribution in each radiation field by a radiotherapy planning system; S2, carrying out flux segmentation by adopting a double-layer orthogonal grating; S3, performing quadrant division to divide a radiation field area defined by four blade groups, i.e., upper, lower, left and right blade groups, into at least two quadrants, and obtaining flux distribution of each quadrant and a corresponding blade sequence; S4, performing area planning on flux curved surfaces of the quadrants to obtain a plurality of different areas, and determining segmentation modes in different areas; and S5, segmenting any quadrant by adopting two mutually orthogonal blade groups. Dynamic segmentation of a target area in any shape and multiple target areas are completed by means of coordinated movement of the upper and lower layers of orthogonal blades, dynamic segmentation of upper and lower layers of a double-layer orthogonal grating from two directions is achieved, end surface transmission between blade pairs is avoided, and the segmentation efficiency is improved.
