Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to evaluate under what conditions a worker is placed in a qualitatively burdened state. This qualitative burden measurement method comprises an evaluation step. In the evaluation step, the presence or absence of a qualitatively burdened state of a worker due to communication and a cumulative time of the qualitatively burdened state are determined on the basis of biometric information and communication information. The communication information includes at least one of position information of the worker at the place of work of the worker, and a history of use of a computer system used by the worker for work.
