Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a quality detection apparatus based on a welding element, and a detection method therefor. The quality detection apparatus based on the welding element comprises a support, a preheating unit and a pressing unit that are fixedly connected to the support, a conveying unit located on the support, and a welding detection unit located on the support; the preheating unit and the pressing unit are located on a same horizontal plane, a workpiece is preheated by the preheating unit and located on the pressing unit, and the welding detection unit completes welding detection work of an element. According to the present apparatus, by means of an arranged preheating apparatus, preheating work of the welding element can be completed; meanwhile, a telescopic pipe is rotated, such that an element located in the telescopic pipe can be evenly heated, thereby avoiding traditional rapid heating of the workpiece, and improving the welding quality of the apparatus; and by means of the arranged detection apparatus, a welded product can be detected, such that the quality of the product is ensured.
