Abstract:
Provided is a quality estimation device that generates information about the quality of a plurality of unit articles acquired by using a plurality of facilities for at least one process. This quality estimation device is provided with: a storage unit; and a control unit. The storage unit stores quality management data in which the facilities through which the respective unit articles pass while being acquired in a process are associated with the quality of the acquired unit articles. The control unit controls an arithmetic operation based on the quality management data stored in the storage unit. The control unit extracts, from the quality management data, a plurality of pieces of passage information indicating combinations of facilities through which the respective unit articles have passed and the quality of the respective unit articles. The control unit generates facility quality information indicating the quality of one of the facilities by the arithmetic operation on the basis of the extracted pieces of passage information.
