Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a quality of experience (QOE) measurement method and a communication apparatus. A network device configures a terminal device with configuration information of QOE measurement when the signal quality is lower than a certain threshold, thereby reducing air interface signaling overhead. In addition, the terminal device can also reduce air interface signaling overhead by performing QOE measurement or reporting measurement results when the quality is lower than a certain threshold.
