An operating method for a wireless terminal device that can access a plurality of wireless networks, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: collecting variable information about the wireless terminal device; acquiring accessible network-specific quality prediction information according to quality prediction processing using the variable information; and determining, from among the plurality of wireless networks, a first wireless network through which data is to be transmitted, on the basis of the network-specific quality prediction information.
