Abstract:
A quantitative emulsification and desulfurization process for flue gases configured to perform quantitative emulsification and desulfurization on flue gases by means of an emulsification and desulfurization system. The emulsification and desulfurization system comprises a circulation pipeline for flue gas circulation, and an agent delivery pipeline and agent addition pipeline provided on an emulsifier. A desulfurization pump is provided on the agent delivery pipeline. The agent addition pipeline is in communication with the agent delivery pipeline, and the joint location is provided between a first valve and a second flow meter. The desulfurization pump is provided with a second valve, and provided with a variable-frequency drive controlling operation thereof.
