Abstract:
The present invention relates to a quantitative, sterile and disposable automatic cell sampling device and method. The automatic cell sampling device comprises a sampling container, a pump, a sterile filter, a control valve, a first catheter and a second catheter, wherein the sampling container is internally provided with an accommodation cavity, and is provided with a first adapter and a second adapter at the top to achieve the maximum sampling capacity of the sampling container; the first catheter has one end connected to the first adapter, the other end thereof is connected to a cell drug production device by means of the pump, and the control valve is mounted in the middle of the first catheter; the second catheter is connected between the second adapter and the sterile filter and is used for the discharge and replenishment of sterile air in the sampling container; and the sterile filter is used to filter air into sterile air. The automatic cell sampling device has the characteristics of a small volume, a high space utilization rate of the sampling container, being capable of performing aseptic sampling, greatly reduced probability of cell contamination, and convenient sampling.
