Abstract:
This quantum device includes: a first surface; a waveguide extending in a first direction parallel to the first surface; a plurality of nano-pillars connected to the first surface and arranged in the first direction; colour centres respectively formed on the plurality of nano-pillars; and a pair of electrodes provided to each colour centre. The plurality of nano-pillars are each inclined from the first direction and extend in a second direction inclined from the normal direction of the first surface. An electric field is applied from the pair of electrodes to the colour centre.
