Abstract:
This quantum device comprises: a first optical waveguide comprising diamond; and a second optical waveguide optically coupled to the first optical waveguide and comprising a material having a lower refractive index than diamond. The first optical waveguide has a first region including a color center, a second region through which light propagating through the first region is propagated to the second optical waveguide, and a third region connected to the opposite side of the second region from the first region, and joined to the second optical waveguide.
