Abstract:
Provided are a quantum dot display panel and method for fabrication thereof, and a display device. The fabrication method comprises: forming a first functional layer (100) on a substrate (10); processing the first functional layer (100) such that the first functional layer (100) comprises a region to be processed (20), the region to be processed (20) having a first electrode ion; forming a second electrode quantum dot layer (211) in the region to be processed (20), the second electrode polarity being opposite to the first electrode polarity. The method can precisely control the shape and position of the quantum dot light-emitting structure layer pattern, achieving patterning of the quantum dot light-emitting structure layer and ensuring the accuracy of the pattern.
