Abstract:
A quantum dot layer (Em) according to the present disclosure comprises: first quantum dots (QD1) and second quantum dots (QD2) in which a region constituted by one type of equivalent crystal plane and having a first lattice constant occupies 80% or more of the surfaces thereof; and a matrix material (Mx) with which the spaces between the first quantum dots (QD1) and the second quantum dots (QD2) are filled and that has a second lattice constant that is 95% to 105% of the first lattice constant.
