Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a quantum dot light-emitting device, a preparation method for a quantum dot light-emitting device, and a display panel. The quantum dot light-emitting device comprises an anode, a quantum dot light-emitting layer and a cathode, which are sequentially arranged in a stacked manner, wherein the quantum dot light-emitting layer comprises a first quantum dot layer and a second quantum dot layer, the second quantum dot layer is arranged on the side of the first quantum dot layer that faces away from the anode, and the shell energy level width of a quantum dot of the second quantum dot layer is greater than the shell energy level width of a quantum dot of the first quantum dot layer.
