Abstract:
The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of displaying, and provides a quantum dot light-emitting device, a preparation method therefor, and a display apparatus, which may solve the problems of low luminous efficiency, unstable performance and short service life of existing quantum dot light-emitting devices. The quantum dot light-emitting device of the present disclosure comprises: a first electrode, a hole transport layer, a quantum dot light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer and a second electrode stacked in sequence, wherein the materials of the hole transport layer, the quantum dot light-emitting layer and the electron transport layer are all inorganic materials; and the hole transport layer comprises a first hole transport layer and a second hole transport layer stacked in sequence, the first hole transport layer is located on a side close to the first electrode, and the material of the second hole transport layer comprises an inorganic perovskite material.
