Abstract:
Disclosed are a quantum dot and preparation method therefor. The method comprises: providing a quantum dot cation precursor, an organic solvent, and a liquid tertiary mercaptan; in an inert gas atmosphere, mixing the quantum dot cation precursor, the organic solvent, and the liquid tertiary mercaptan, and heating the mixture for reaction to obtain quantum dots. The problems in the prior art of too large size of prepared quantum dots and blue shift of light emitting peaks are solved.
