Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a quantumdot light emitting diode device and a preparation method therefor, and a display panel. The quantumdot light emitting diode device comprises a functional layer and a quantumdot light emitting layer, wherein a self-assembly molecular layer is arranged between the functional layer and the quantumdot light emitting layer, and an acting force is generated between the self-assembly molecular layer and the functional layer, so as to improve a binding force between the functional layer and the quantumdot light emitting layer, such that the mechanical reliability of an interface is improved.
