Abstract:
A question extraction method for extracting the content of questions asked by a questioner from dialog data including a plurality of verbal exchanges between the questioner and an answerer, wherein a computer performs: an estimation procedure for estimating whether each word of the questioner and each word of the answerer included in the dialog data is an expression of a question; and an extraction procedure for extracting, from the dialog data, the questioner's word that serves as a response to the answerer's word that is estimated to be an expression of a question, and including the extracted word into said content of questions. Thus this question extraction method further refines the content of questions extracted from a dialog between the questioner and the answerer.
