Abstract:
[Problem] To improve the convenience of a questionnaire system. [Solution] A questionnaire system 1 comprises: a member setting means which is provided by a company and which sets a customer or a user of the company as a member 3; a monitor assignment system 5 which is disposed by a management group different from the company and which sets a member 3 to a monitor by an arbitrary selection of a member 3; a monitor management system 6 which is disposed by the management group and which stores monitor information; a questionnaire environment management system 8 which is disposed by the management group, and which creates a user list by dividing monitors into groups on the basis of a questionnaire distribution condition, and creates a questionnaire targeting the user list; and a questionnaire distribution system 7 that distributes the questionnaire. The monitor information stored in the monitor management system 6 is synchronized, by users, in real time with the questionnaire distribution system. A monitor present on the user list is extracted from the questionnaire distribution system. The questionnaire distribution system distributes the questionnaire to the extracted monitor.
