A quick annotation method and apparatus, and an interactive tablet and a storage medium. The method is applied to the interactive tablet, and comprises: displaying a first interface on a touch-sensitive display screen of an interactive tablet; receiving a first movement operation of a first touch object or a second touch object on the first interface; according to the first movement operation, adding a handwriting or performing an erase operation while adding a first annotation layer; receiving a second movement operation of the first touch object or the second touch object; according to the second movement operation, adding a handwriting or erasing the corresponding handwriting on the first annotation layer; receiving a first click operation of a third touch object on the first annotation layer; and updating display content on the first interface according to a target, which is clicked by the first click operation. By means of the method, an annotation layer can be quickly evoked, and the interaction speed is increased by operating display content in an annotation state.
