Abstract:
Disclosed are a quick disassembly and assembly connection structure, and a dumbbell comprising same and capable of being quickly adjusted. The quick disassembly and assembly connection structure of the present utility model comprises a male part structure and a female part structure that can be mutually connected in a snap-fit manner, wherein the male part structure comprises an insertion part capable of being clamped into the female part structure, and an adjustment tongue piece connected to the insertion part; the adjustment tongue piece is provided with an adjustment end; the adjustment end can move in a direction approaching or moving away from the insertion part; a limiting piece is further arranged at the adjustment end; and the limiting piece and the female part structure can be mutually connected in a snap-fit manner. The dumbbell capable of being rapidly adjusted of the present utility model comprises a handle, connecting portions fixed to two ends of the handle, and first dumbbell sheets detachably connected to the connecting parts. The dumbbell further comprises at least one second dumbbell sheet located between the first dumbbell sheets and the connecting portions. The dumbbell of the present utility model has a simple overall structure, and is convenient to operate, therefore facilitating rapid adjustment of the weight of the dumbbell.
