Abstract:
Disclosed is a quick-disassembly wiper arm assembly, comprising a wiper arm (1), a swing arm shaft and a locking nut (2). The swing arm shaft comprises a shaft body (3) and a shaft seat (4), the wiper arm (1) is connected to the shaft body (3) by means of the locking nut (2), the shaft body (3) is connected to the shaft seat (4) by means of a compression spring (5), the compression spring (5) is installed in the shaft seat (4) by means of a compression spring nut (6), the shaft body (3) is provided with a notch (9), a pin (8) is arranged on an outer side of the shaft seat (4), the pin (8) is connected to the notch (9) in the shaft body (3) in an embedded manner, and the original swing arm shaft is divided into two parts, the shaft body (3) and the shaft seat (4). The pin (8) on the shaft seat (4) is embedded in the notch (9) in the shaft body (3) to achieve combination; and the pin (8) is separated from the notch (9) in the shaft body (3) by pressing and rotating the shaft body (3), and the shaft body (3) is separated from the shaft seat (4), such that the wiper arm (1) is quickly removed without using tools, thereby improving the working efficiency.
