Abstract:
Disclosed is a quick food conditioning device, including a chamber (3) and a hot air module (7), wherein the chamber (3) is used for accommodating food (5), and the food (5) has a Maillard reaction temperature. The hot air module (7) is provided at one side of the chamber (3), and is used for providing jetted hot air for the chamber (3). The jetted hot air from the hot air module (7) constantly collides with the food (5), such that a liquid substance seeping out of the food (5) is directly blown away by the jetted hot air without being vaporized, thereby pushing the food (5) to quickly reach the Maillard reaction temperature, so as to give the appearance of a brown and crisp surface and create a soft, tender and juicy taste inside. Furthermore, since no oil fumes are generated during the conditioning process of the food (5), the device is in line with the current environmentally-friendly, energy-saving, low-carbon and smokeless healthy baking trend.
