Abstract:
A quick reconnection establishing method, which comprises: the first step, in the case of an access terminal and an access network can release the connection, both the access terminal and the access network do not release the channel resource, at the same time, they separately start up a timer for timing; the second step, before reaching the target time of the timer, when the access network receives the reactivation request from the access terminal, the access terminal and the access network separately make the respective timer stop, and transmit the data using the unreleased channel resource.
