Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a quick release apparatus and a load bearing device. The quick release apparatus comprises a housing, a first detent structure, a second detent structure, a first elastic element and a second elastic element. The housing is provided with a through hole and two openings, with the two openings being located on two sides of the housing. The first detent structure is arranged in the housing, and comprises a first clamping portion and a first abutting portion. The second detent structure is arranged in the housing, and comprises a second clamping portion and a second abutting portion. A clamping space is formed by means of the second clamping portion and the first clamping portion, with the clamping space corresponding to the through hole. The first elastic element is connected between the first clamping portion and the second abutting portion in a compressible manner. The second elastic element is connected between the second clamping portion and the first abutting portion in a compressible manner. Thus, the quick release apparatus can be stably and quickly clamped on a target object.
