Abstract:
A quick wiring clamp knife, comprising a wire breaking portion puncturing the outer skin of a wire and a contact portion used for being in contact with other circuits. The clamp knife comprises a wire breaking piece (1), wire breaking protrusions (2) being arranged at the upper end of the wire breaking piece (1), and the wire breaking piece (1) being provided with a fixed surface (3). The clamp knife further comprises a contact piece (4), the contact piece (4) being arranged at the lower end of the wire breaking piece (1) and being in contact with the wire breaking piece (1), the contact piece (4) being provided with upward-folded folding surfaces (41), and the folding surfaces (41) being fastened on the fixed surface (3) after being bent upward, so as to implement the connection between the wire breaking piece (1) and the contact piece (4). Also disclosed is a clamping terminal (5), comprising the quick wiring clamp knife. An insertion hole (51) is provided at the front end of the clamping terminal (5); the clamping terminal (5) is provided with grooves (52) for clamp knives to embed; the clamp knives are embedded in the grooves (52); shoulder portions (53) for limiting the clamp knife are provided on both side walls of each groove (52); a hole (54) communicated with the insertion hole is provided at the bottom of each groove (52); a middle portion of a base (42) is bent downward to form an elastic contact piece (43) and the elastic contact piece (43) extends into the hole (54). According to the clamp knife, a double-layer structure is used to separate a wire breaking position from a contact position, and the combination stability is high; and the clamp knives on the wiring terminal (5) is tightly fixed and stable in structure.
