CLAIMS A rack mechanism with a numbering mechanism (1) that will enable the store clerk to easily see how many products are left on the rack, without counting the items on the rack one by one, on the stands with a product pusher (6) mechanism from the front of the rack (5), wherein comprising:

• a strip with numbers on it (2), which allows the store clerk to determine how many products are left on the rack, without having to count the products on the rack,

• a front strip slot (3) located on the front face of the rack (5) in order to prevent the numbered strip (2) from moving left and right,

• a rear strip slot (4), which guides the numbered strip (2) and prevents it from moving left and right

Description:
A RACK MECHANISM WITH NUMBERS FOR STANDS WITH PRODUCT PUSHER

TECHNICAE FIELD

The invention, in general, relates to a rack mechanism with a counter that allows the store clerk to observe how many items are left on the rack from the front of the rack, in combination with a product pusher mechanism.

The invention particularly relates to the product pushing mechanism in the said rack mechanism, which can operate with triggers such as spring or spiral. The invention further relates to rack mechanism with a numbering mechanism that allows the store clerk to understand how many products are on the rack from the front of the rack as a result of the numerator strip connected to the product pusher, which moves towards the front of the rack as the product is taken from the rack or backward as the product is placed on the rack, thanks to the connection of the numbered strip on the front and back sides.

BACKGROUND

Product stands are now commonly utilized in retail stores. In the said stands, there are racks on which the products are organized. When a customer selects the first product on the rack, the product pusher, which can be spring or spiral, pushes the following product back to the front of the rack. However, with these systems, it is impossible to know how many products are remaining on racks. The rack may appear full from the front, but the most noticeable product may be the final item on the rack. It is critical for sales that the products on the racks are regularly replenished and that the racks at retail locations are not empty. As a result, there are various techniques available today to determine the amount of products remaining on the rack. One of them is the application 2021/014916, which was also created by our organization. From the front of the rack in the booth, it is possible to determine how many pieces are on the rack using this application. In this invention, however, there is a spiral mechanism on the front of the rack that permits the product pusher to move forward when the product is removed from the rack. There are numbers on the spiral spring listed here as well. The spiral pusher spring and the numbered strip are developed as independent pieces in the present invention. Furthermore, in the application numbered 2021/014916, the spring with spiral numbering is positioned on the front surface of the rack, which we renovated owing to aesthetic concerns.

Because of the said disadvantages, as well as the insufficiency of existing product designs, it was required to make a technological advancement in the relevant field.

OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a numbered rack mechanism that meets the above- mentioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages, and provides some additional advantages to allow it to be easily seen from the front of the rack, how many products are left on the racks in the product pusher stands in retail outlets.

In this context, the main objective of the numerator rack mechanism, which is the subject of the invention, is to ensure that the store clerk can readily see the number of items on the rack from the front of the rack, and to avoid counting the rack one by one for each product group.

Another objective of the numbered rack mechanism, which is the subject of the invention, is is to make the product amount on the rack easy to see at a glance, thanks to the varying colors of the numbers on the numbered strip.

Another objective of the rack mechanism with a numbering device that is the subject of the invention is to ensure that the remaining stock amount can be transferred to the digital environment using a suitable program and a camera connected to it, as well as to enable remote stock counting without going to the stand.

The detailed description below will help to understand the structural and distinguishing features of the present invention, as well as all of its benefits. For this reason, the evaluation should be made taking into account the said detailed description.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The numerator rack mechanism, which is the subject of the invention, will be described in depth simply for the objective of better understanding the subject and will have no restricting effect in this detailed description. Figure 1 depicts the top front perspective view of the numbered rack mechanism (1), which is the subject of the invention. The numbered strip (2) is first connected to the product pusher (6) from the front. The numbered strip (2) is then passed through the front strip slot (3) located on the front face of the rack (5) and extends from the lower side towards the rear of the rack, where it is connected to the product pusher (6) from the rear by passing through the rear strip slot (4). To summarize, the numbered strip (2) is connected to the product pusher (6) from both the front and rear. As a result, as the product pusher (6) moves, so does the numbered strip (2) to which it is connected.

Figure 2 depicts the rear top perspective view of the numbered rack mechanism (1), which is the subject of the invention. The rear strip slot (4) can be seen in this drawing, which is located on the backside of the numbered rack mechanism (1).

Figure 3 depicts a bottom front perspective view of the rack mechanism (1), complete with numbering. The store clerk will be able to easily see how many products are left on the rack from the front (5) of the numbered rack mechanism (1).
