Abstract:

A radar data processing based blast furnace stock line obtaining method and apparatus. The method comprises: for radar reflection data, obtaining coordinate points of all radar reflection data in a target region in a preset coordinate system; performing abnormal value filtering to generate data to be screened; next, grouping the data to be screened, and using any group as a target group of data; then, screening the target group of data on the basis of a preset coordinate point distance threshold, an ordinate difference threshold, and a coordinate point connection line angle threshold to achieve primary screening, so as to generate primary data; screening out target data according to the number of the coordinate points in the primary data; and finally, connecting all coordinate points in the target data corresponding to all groups of data to be screened to generate a stock line. In the method, unknown interference data in radar reflection data is effectively filtered out, thereby improving the accuracy of a stock line obtaining result in a blast furnace.
