Abstract:
[Problem] To reduce errors that occur when the absolute speed of a target is measured by using an antenna installed on a hull that rocks in a complex manner due to floating on the sea. [Solution] An antenna (21) is installed above a hull, and transmits and receives electromagnetic waves. The roll angle and pitch angle of the hull are detected using a tilt sensor (30). An antenna speed calculation unit (26) calculates the antenna speed of the antenna (21) using the detected roll angle and pitch angle of the hull (10). An antenna speed compensation unit (27) compensates for the antenna speed of the antenna (21) calculated by the antenna speed calculation unit (26), with regard to the relative speed between the target and the hull (10) obtained from reflected waves received by the antenna (21).
