Abstract:
Provided is a radiant cooling and heating apparatus in which water droplets generated by airborne moisture condensing on a cooling/heating radiant panel surface during cooling operation can be purified and used. A radiant cooling and heating apparatus, wherein a cooling and/or heating surface is composed of a cooling/heating radiant panel, the apparatus being provided with: a drain outlet of a water-droplet-receiving section below the cooling/heating radiant panel, for discharging water droplets generated by airborne moisture condensing on the cooling/heating radiant panel surface during cooling operation; and a storage tank for storing and reusing the condensed water discharged from the drain outlet. The radiant cooling and heating apparatus is configured so that the stored condensed water is brought into contact with infrared radioactive material inside the storage tank, and/or is circulated inside the storage tank after being brought into contact with the infrared radioactive material outside the storage tank.
