Abstract:
A radiant floor heating laying method facilitating maintenance and corrosion prevention comprises the steps of joist mounting, corrosion prevention and guniting, laying, upper layer laying, and floor mounting. Grooves are milled in the ground, and joists are mounted first; in the corrosion prevention and guniting step, the cement ground, the insides of joist grooves, the positions between the cement ground and the joists and the joints of the cement ground and the joists are coated with a proper quantity of corrosion prevention glue, and the positions between the cement ground and the joists, the joints of the cement ground and the joists and the inner side of the joists are uniformly coated with a proper quantity of combined mortar; in the laying step, a heat reflection layer and heat insulation boards are laid; in the upper-layer laying step, radiant floor heating pipes are mounted, and upper-layer heat conduction plates are laid on the heat insulation boards; and finally, floors specially designed for the radiant floor heating are laid on the top.
