Abstract:
This method for producing a radiation detection device has: a preparation step for preparing a sensor panel that has a first surface and a second surface at the reverse side of the first surface, and at which a pixel array and an electrical connection section are disposed at the first surface side; an adhering step for adhering a first support section that supports the pixel array from the second surface side of the sensor panel to the sensor panel by means of an adhesive layer; an affixing step for affixing a second support section that supports the electrical connection section from the second surface side of the sensor panel to the sensor panel in a manner so as be unable to be removed; and a crimping step for crimping a wiring member to the electrical connection section. The modulus of elasticity of the second support section in the crimping step is higher than the modulus of elasticity of the adhesive layer in the crimping step.
