Abstract:
This radiation image capturing system comprises: an image capturing unit that includes a plurality of pixels for generating a radiation image and a detecting unit that detects incident radiation in order to perform exposure control; an irradiation control unit that is for controlling irradiation of radiation generated by a radiation source; an acquiring unit that acquires a delay time for communication between the image capturing unit and the irradiation control unit; and a determining unit. On the basis of radiation irradiation conditions set by an operator and the delay time acquired by the acquiring unit, the determining unit determines whether to permit image capturing performed with exposure control that uses a signal output from the detecting unit.
