Abstract:
Disclosed is a radiation tomography device for acquiring a tomographic image from a plurality of transparent images, wherein, even if radiation is irradiated only to part of a flat panel display (FPD) by adjusting a collimator, the tomographic image having excellent visibility can be acquired without being affected by the shadow of the collimator seen in the transparent images, the radiation tomography device identifies the boundary between a shadow region in which the shadow of the collimator is seen in an X-ray transparent image (P) and a non-shadow region, and complements the shadow region in the X-ray transparent image (P) with the non-shadow region or the like to generate a complement image (C). And, the radiation tomography device is designed to generate a tomographic image (D) using the complement image (C). The radiation tomography device wherein the tomographic image (D) is generated after the removal processing of an extremely dark region in which the shadow of the collimator is seen, so that the tomographic image (D) has excellent visibility without being disturbed by the shadow of the collimator.
