Abstract:
Disclose is a radiation type electric baking oven (9), which comprises a oven body (1), a heat generating element (2a-2d) arranged in the oven body (1), and a grill (6) horizontally arranged in the oven body (1). The heat generating element (2a-2d) are disposed at two side walls inside the oven body (1). The heat generating element (2a-2d) comprises a heat generating tube (3) and a reflector (4). The heat generating tube (3) is a heat radiation tube in which rays of the heat-generating tube (3) directly radiated to a central portion of the grill (6) is weaker than that directly radiated to an outer portion of the grill (6). Reflected parallel rays generated by the heat generating tube (3) projected onto the reflector (4) are irradiated on the central portion of the grill (6), so that the central portion and the outer portion of the grill (6) are heated uniformly. The radiation type electric baking oven has a baking effect equivalent to or better than traditional electric baking ovens, does not produce fumes, and is very easy to clean.
