Abstract:
A radio communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a radio base station that performs radio communications with radio terminals belonging thereto; and a radio communication control station that is communicatively connected to the radio base station and that, on the basis of radio environment information of the radio base station, provides notification of information indicating parameters to be used for communication controls of the radio base station and of the radio terminals, wherein the radio communication control station comprises: a determination unit that determines, in accordance with a current use case of the radio communications, a preferable one of multiple kinds of requirements in the radio communications; a setting unit that, on the basis of the requirement determined by the determination unit and of the radio environment information of the radio base station, sets the information indicating the parameters to be used for communication controls by the radio base station and by the radio terminals; and a transmission unit that transmits the information set by the setting unit to the radio base station.
