Abstract:
A base station which provides a radio communication area and is connected to a core network through a gateway has an interface for receiving the setting of the allocation propriety of each of the radio resource blocks in which the radio resources available in the radio communication area provided by the base station are divided in a predetermined unit to terminals on the periphery of the boundary of the radio communication area and of the allocation propriety to terminals outside the periphery of the boundary thereof. When a plurality of profiles for defining the allocation restriction of the radio resources are set through the interface and the identifier of a profile is specified, the base station applies the allocation restriction indicated by the profile of the specified identifier to allocate the radio resources.
