Abstract:
In order to perform PRACH transmission taking into account a coverage expansion, this radio communication terminal to which a coverage expansion is applied has a transmission unit which transmits a random access preamble using radio resources defined for radio communication terminals to which the coverage expansion is applied, and in time band, frequency band, series, or a combination of these, the radio resources determined for radio communication terminals to which the coverage expansion is applied are different from the radio resources defined for radio communication terminals to which coverage expansion is not applied.
