Abstract:
The present invention is a radio frequency filter having a cavity structure, comprising: a housing having a hollow therein, and having an open surface at one side thereof in order to have a cavity; a resonance element positioned in the hollow inside the housing; a cover, which has a groove of a female screw structure recessed at a predetermined diameter and depth at the position corresponding to the resonance element such that a bottom part thereof is formed into the shape of a thin film thinner than other areas, and which seals the open surface of the housing; and a frequency tuning screw screw-coupled to the groove of the cover, wherein the bottom surface of the groove is deformed so as to be pushed toward the resonance element by the frequency tuning screw when the frequency tuning screw is screw-coupled to the groove.
