Abstract:
The present application discloses a radio frequency front-end module and a wireless communication apparatus. The radio frequency front-end module comprises a substrate, and a push-pull power amplifier chip and a power supply end that are arranged on the substrate. The push-pull power amplifier chip comprises a first differential amplifier circuit, and the first differential amplifier circuit comprises a first differential transistor and a second differential transistor, the first differential transistor is configured to amplify a first radio frequency signal, and the second differential transistor is configured to amplify a second radio frequency signal. An output end of the first differential transistor is connected to the power supply end by means of a first metal wire disposed on the substrate, and an output end of the second differential transistor is connected to the power supply end by means of a second metal wire disposed on the substrate. Equivalent inductors formed by the first metal wire and the second metal wire are used to replace a first inductor and a second inductor that actually exist, so as to reduce the impedance and insertion losses during a feeding process and reduce the area of the radio frequency front-end module, thereby ensuring the power conversion efficiency and output power thereof.
