Abstract:
The present invention relates to a radio frequency piezoelectric multiplexer unit, comprising: a packaging carrier plate; at least three filters suitable for being jointly connected to a public port; a matched inductor used for grounding; and a phase-shift network module, wherein the filters, the matched inductor and the phase-shift network module are packaged into the packaging carrier plate; at least part of the phase-shift network module is suitable for being connected between the public port and the matched inductor; the at least three filters comprise a receiving filter and a transmitting filter; a public port connecting area is set between the receiving filter and the transmitting filter; and the matched inductor is located outside an isolation degradation area between the receiving filter and the transmitting filter. The present invention further relates to a radio frequency piezoelectric multiplexer with the radio frequency piezoelectric multiplexer unit and an electronic device with the above-mentioned unit.
