Abstract:
The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of radio frequencies. Provided are a radio-frequency switch unit and a preparation method therefor, and an electronic device. The radio-frequency switch unit in the present disclosure comprises: a dielectric substrate, and a first electrode, a second electrode, a metal oxide semiconductor layer and a barrier layer, which are arranged on the dielectric substrate, wherein the metal oxide semiconductor layer and the barrier layer are both located between the first electrode and the second electrode, and the barrier layer is closer to the layer where the first electrode is located than the metal oxide semiconductor layer; and the metal oxide semiconductor layer is configured to connect the first electrode and the second electrode by means of a hollowed-out pattern when an operating voltage is applied to the first electrode and the second electrode.
