Title:
RADIO SYSTEM, RADIO BASE STATION, AND MANAGEMENT APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/153884
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to provide a technique for suppressing occurrence of the same-channel interference between various radio systems, the specifications of which are different from each other, when those radio systems share a given frequency band for radio communications. A newly-established base station (4) transmits position information to a TVWSDB apparatus (3) and receives channel information of television white space from the TVWSDB apparatus (3). The TVWSDB apparatus (3) instructs already-established base stations (5) to arrange that the respective CPE terminals (6) that are the nearest in distance to the newly-established base station (4) perform CBP bursts for channels reported to the newly-established base station (4). The CPE terminals (6) then perform the CBP bursts in accordance with a schedule established for the already-established base stations (5). The newly-established base station (4) searches for and finds a cell having the same specification as the newly-established base station (4) on the basis of the burst signals of the CPE terminals (6), and shares the channel of the cell having the same specification as the newly-established base station (4) with the already-established base stations (5).
