Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of radiopharmaceutical chemistry. Provided are a radioactive metal complex targeting a prostate specific membrane antigen and a labeling ligand thereof. The general structural formula of the radioactive metal complex is as follows in the specification. The labeling time of the radioactive metal complex is 5-15 min, the labeling yield is greater than 95%, the radiochemical purity of a product is greater than 95% as determined by radio-HPLC, and the product exhibits a high affinity and high specificity for the prostate specific membrane antigen, and is a potential diagnosis and treatment integrated radioactive metal complex targeting the prostate specific membrane antigen.
