Abstract:
This radioactive nuclide analysis device (1) comprises: a radiation data detection unit (15) which detects, in a sample, energy of α rays emitted from a radioactive nuclide and other energy that is different from this α ray energy and is emitted from another radioactive nuclide; a radioactive nuclide specifying unit (22) which compares a standard spectrum Ssa with a measurement spectrum Sa that is an energy spectrum based on the α ray energy and the other energy detected by the radiation data detection unit (15) and specifies a radioactive nuclide that has emitted radioactive rays; and a distribution acquisition unit (23) which obtains a distribution in a sample of the specific radioactive nuclide specified by the radioactive nuclide specifying unit.
