Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a transfer device for safely and reliably transfer radioactive sludge in a sludge storage tank.
[Solution] A radioactive sludge transfer device provided with: a transfer device body (1); an agitator (2) which sprays supernatant water on sludge to form a sludge liquid in a sludge storage tank; sludge liquid transfer means (8); floats for attitude control (15); and control means, wherein the agitator (2), the sludge liquid transfer means (8), the floats for attitude control (15) and a ballast tank for buoyancy control (16) are mounted on the transfer device body (1), the agitator (2) is provided with: a supernatant water suction pump (3); and spray nozzles (4) capable of freely controlling the angle, which spray toward the sludge to form the sludge liquid, the sludge liquid transfer means(8) is provided with a sludge liquid suction pump(9), a suction port (9A) of the sludge liquid suction pump(9) is configured from bottom suction ports (10) and lateral suction ports (11) capable of opening and closing with opening/closing means (13), and the lateral suction ports (11) are closed by the opening/closing means (13) when the residual sludge liquid in the sludge storage tank is suctioned.
