Abstract:
A radiometer for a microwave receiver, according to the present invention, comprises: a microwave switch; a demodulator, which includes a switch synchronized with the microwave switch and multiplies, by a predetermined gain value, a signal inputted through the microwave switch; an integrator for generating an output value by calculating a signal inputted from the demodulator; a duty calibrator calibrating the duty value of a clock signal for controlling the microwave switch; a path switch located between the duty calibrator and the microwave switch; and a controller for generating the duty calibration value of the clock signal on the basis of the output value of the integrator. Therefore, a Dicke radiometer receiver can calibrate an output error voltage by means of a duty error (Δt) of a clock and a gain error (ΔA) (or mismatch) of a demodulator and can accurately measure the temperature (TA) of a target object through the calibration of the output error voltage.
