Disclosed in the present utility model are a radome and an antenna. The radome comprises a housing having an opening, and a cover plate covering the opening. In this case, the housing and the cover plate jointly form a first assembly space for fixing a passive unit, and a second assembly space for fixing an active unit is arranged on the side of the cover plate facing away from the first assembly space. A periodic circuit is arranged on the side of the cover plate facing the first assembly space and at least in the region corresponding to the second assembly space, so as to form a frequency selection surface. In this way, in the present utility model, the active unit can be arranged on the side of the cover plate facing away from the first assembly space without affecting the low-frequency reflection and high-frequency wave transmission efficiency, thereby reducing the total thickness of the radome. Moreover, in the present utility model, only a one-layer radome having the frequency selection surface is used to replace a multi-layer cascade structure in the prior art, such that the structural configuration is optimized and simplified, the assembly efficiency is improved, and lightweight production is achieved.
