A rail transit operation and maintenance method, device and apparatus, and a medium, relating to the field of information technologies. Said method comprises: acquiring operation state information and/or system configuration information of all rail transit operation subsystems; analyzing the operation state information and/or system configuration information, and generating operation and maintenance decision schemes of the rail transit operation subsystems; and distributing the operation and maintenance decision schemes, so as to instruct operation and maintenance personnel receiving the operation and maintenance decision schemes to perform maintenance, service or inspection.
