Abstract:
The present invention provides: a railway vehicle capable of rapidly transporting trailers at a low transportation cost; and an inter-modal cargo transportation system comprising same. An inter-modal cargo transportation system according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a rail; a plurality of platforms provided on the outside of the rail; and a railway vehicle capable of traveling autonomously on the rail, and arranged so as to be laterally slanted, with respect to the rail, between the platforms so as to form a path, wherein the railway vehicle comprises a freight car upper plate, and the freight car upper plate has a lamp device for covering the separation space formed between the railway vehicle and the platforms.
