Abstract:
This Raman spectroscopy device (100) is provided with: an irradiation unit (10) which irradiates a sample with first excitation light (15) having a first beam width, and second excitation light (16) having a second beam width greater than the first beam width; a spectroscopy measurement unit (20) which inputs first measurement light (25) irradiated from the sample when the sample has been irradiated with the first excitation light (15), and second measurement light (26) irradiated from the sample when the sample has been irradiated with the second excitation light (16), and which performs spectroscopy measurement of the first measurement light (25) and the second measurement light (26); a first selective optical system (30) which has a first transmission region and a first blocking region, and which filters the first measurement light (25) and the second measurement light (26) incident to the spectroscopy measurement unit (20). The first excitation light (15) and the second excitation light (16) have a main component in the first blocking region, and the second excitation light (16) has substantially no components in the first transmission region.
